Wonderful staff, they remembered me from last time I spent a week there. Excellent breakfast. Everyone there is very willing to do what they can to help you. The valet team is prompt. I will definitely be back next time I travel to Caxias. Thank you for all your help!!!

it’s really beautiful and we want to come back whenever we can. is clean, comfortable, the staff is really nice and i just loved the room. for those who are really annoying about cleanliness is perfect. i loved.

I am an american who cannot speak Portugese and unfamiliar with the range and cost of hotels in Brazil. This hotel was close to where I needed to be and did everything a person could reasonably expect to make my stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The breakfast was good and so was the coffee. They always managed to find someone who could speak english and answer my questions. The pool was closed for maintenance and they had no comfortable place to have a cigarette or I have rated them perfect. I especially liked the bed and the bathtub.

I have stayed at Swan three times. It’s always a great experience. I particularly love their strong, hot shower!
